Authorized vehicles are registered through the ParKeenGround platform in real time. Drivers can self-register by scanning a barcode on designated signs at your property, or registrations can be managed manually by your front desk or administrative staff. This gives our enforcement team an accurate, up-to-date view of which vehicles belong, eliminating guesswork and reducing the risk of erroneous enforcement.
Violation Notice Issuance
When an unregistered or non-compliant vehicle is identified, our enforcement staff issue a parking violation notice backed by photographic evidence, a minimum of three photographs documenting the vehicle, its license plate, and the nature of the violation. First-time offenders receive a notice. Our approach is professional and consistent, ensuring enforcement is taken seriously while remaining fair and respectful to property users.
Towing Coordination
Repeat offenders become eligible for towing under your property's blanket towing authorization. ParKeenGround issues the tow order and coordinates directly with licensed towing providers on your behalf, no involvement required from your team. Towing is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, and vehicle owners are able to locate their towed vehicles through our publicly accessible towed vehicle lookup service.
